Duty, honor, county, are only words to many, but to a few they are code to live by. To those who have and are serving the country, they are words that are meant to be lived by. It matters not, if it be those who serve in the armed forces or supposedly those who serve in the government. These are the people who have elected to serve the country, or those who have asked the people to let them serve as their representatives in the government of their country. Why is it then, that those in government feel that they are entitled to be enriched and to ignore the wishes of their constituents. When have Duty, Honor, Country, become only words that mean nothing but letters spelling nonsensical words.
I am tired of listening to these representatives say how great Trump is and then bow down to the President and kiss his feet, as if he were a god. I am tired watching grown adults acting like little kids on a playground, saying that it’s my ball and you have to do it my way or I will go home. Thought these folks were adults, with brains and ideas if their own. Thought that these folks could actually work together for the good of the country. I actually thought these representatives cared about the country over Party. Guess what, I was very wrong.
